What we do

What we do

  1. 01

    Restore

Worn decking, soft framing, tired floats, loose connections. We document the condition, put the scope in writing, and bring the dock back to sound use.

  2. 02

    Annual Dock Check

One visit a year before storm season, a written condition report with photos, and small fixes done on the spot.

  3. 03

    Replace

When a section has reached the end of its life, we build the replacement in our shop and deliver it by boat. No cranes, no machinery, nothing across your lawn.

First look

What we check first

Every visit starts the same way, with a look at the parts that wear out first.

  • Decking boards and fasteners
  • Hardware and hinges
  • Connections between sections
  • Floats and how the dock sits in the water
  • The gangway
  • Railings and edges

The standard

Five things we do on every job.

  1. 01

    Look first

We photograph and document the condition before we quote.

  2. 02

    Put it in writing

Scope, materials, hardware, price and schedule, in writing, before any work.

  3. 03

    Show up as agreed

If weather or access changes the plan, you hear it from us first.

  4. 04

    Say when it changes

Anything we find once the work is open is shown to you and approved before we proceed.

  5. 05

    Walk it through

We review the finished scope with you, on the dock, before we call it done.

The people on your dock may change as we grow. The standard does not.

It is a family company in the ordinary sense: the people whose name is on the truck are the people accountable for the work. Anthony founded it and wrote the standard every job follows.

Can you fix my dock without replacing it?
We restore existing docks and replace worn sections where the structure is a fit. We look first and tell you what can stay and what needs attention.
Do you handle permits?
You obtain any permit the work needs. We supply photos, measurements and a written scope for your application, and schedule work after you have what you need.
