The standard
Five things we do on every job.
Look first. Put it in writing. Walk it through.
The people on your dock may change as we grow. The standard does not.
- 01
Look first
Before we quote, we visit the dock and photograph and document its condition. Decking, framing, floats, connections and hardware are all recorded as they are, so the scope starts from what is actually there and you have a record of it.
- 02
Put it in writing
Scope, materials, hardware, price and schedule are written down and agreed before any work starts. If it is not in the written scope, it is not assumed.
- 03
Show up as agreed
We arrive when we said we would. If weather, tide or access changes the plan, you hear it from us first, with a new date, not after the fact.
- 04
Say when it changes
Once a dock is opened up, sometimes there is more to it. Anything we find is shown to you, with photos, and approved by you before we proceed.
- 05
Walk it through
When the work is finished, we review the completed scope with you, on the dock, item by item. We call it done after that walk through, not before.
Have a dock or deck that needs attention?
Send a few details and photos. We start with a conversation about the structure and whether the project is a fit.
